In this video, Clinton explains exactly what he's looking for in each potential clinician, including Downunder Horsemanship's four core values of hardworking, ambitious, loyal and personable, a natural ability with horses and a desire to share the Method with horse owners. At the ranch, Academy students live and breathe Clinton's approach to horsemanship and are tested over their knowledge of the Method daily for 70 weeks.
