Find it on the No Worries Club Website: Regaining Lost Confidence

“As we age, things change. A lot of the things I did 10 years ago, I can’t do now. Sometimes our center of gravity shifts. Sometimes our motor skills and reaction times aren’t what they used to be. Sometimes our physical conditioning is not what it once was. And sometimes just knowing that we don’t bounce as well as we once did ignites a fear that we never dreamed we’d have,” Clinton says. “Does this mean you should give up on horses? Of course not! But what it does mean is that we should start to use the thinking side of our brains and be smarter about what we do and the way we do it with our horses.”

In the July 2009 No Worries Club DVD, Clinton works with two horsewomen who lack confidence with their horses to help them get their exhilaration back and make horsemanship fun again. Watch the training session now on the No Worries Club website by going to the video library and selecting the “Regaining Lost Confidence” video.

The No Worries Club website is home to hundreds of hours of training video content available to members only.
