Horses Fearful of the Trailer Needed for Texas Walkabout Tour

0921_02

At one point in their life, every horseman comes across a horse that refuses to get anywhere near the trailer. That’s why the trailer loading demonstration at Walkabout Tours is always popular. During the event, Clinton works with a local horse with a trailer-loading problem to share his step-by-step approach to building a horse’s confidence to willingly get in the trailer.

We are looking for a horse for Clinton and his clinicians to work with at our Dripping Springs, Texas Walkabout Tour taking place November 13 and 14 at the Dripping Springs Park and Event Center. The horse used in the demonstration will have a history of refusing to get on a trailer.

If your horse is scared of the trailer and you’d like Clinton and his clinicians to work with him, fill out an application on our website to him for consideration. Please note that the selection process takes place a few weeks before the November 13 and 14 event and only applicants whose horses are being considered for the demonstration will be contacted. Learn more about the Walkabout Tour, including the full lineup of training demonstrations set to take place, on our website.
