Due to international travel regulations because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a horseman had to give up their spot in the upcoming 10-day Colt Starting Clinic. The clinic will be taught by Professional Clinician Jeff Davis and will take place August 28th – September 7th at the ranch in Stephenville, Texas.

Over the course of 10 days, Jeff will walk participants through Clinton’s colt-starting method, which focuses on thoroughly preparing the horse on the ground before getting in the saddle. During the clinic, colts will learn the Fundamentals groundwork exercises, be saddled for the first time and progress to being ridden. By the end of the 10 days, participants will be loping their horses on loose reins all around the ranch and over obstacles.

Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Get all the details about the clinic and download the application to attend on our website. Questions about the clinic may be directed to Shayla at [email protected].
